What ChurnDetective DOES NOT DO

It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or audit advice.
It does not contact your customers or make decisions about them — analysis is presented to you, and you decide.
It does not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
It does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
It does not guarantee a specific revenue outcome; recommendations are data-driven suggestions.
It does not access other systems on your behalf unless you upload the data yourself.
It does not replace human judgment: AI output can be imperfect and should be reviewed before important decisions.

1. What exactly does ChurnDetective do?

It reads your customer data, scores churn risk, segments your customers and gives you a prioritized list of actions plus a PDF report. Monitoring plans will add alerting when risk changes (rolling out).

2. Which columns does my file need?

Exactly these three: customer_id, mrr, joined_at. You can upload CSV or JSON.

3. Can I try it without paying?

Yes. Create a free account and click "Load demo dataset" to run a full analysis on synthetic demo data.

4. How long does an audit take?

Audits on the demo dataset complete in minutes or faster; the exact time depends on file size. You can watch the status in the dashboard.

5. How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted at rest, and datasets have a 90-day retention period by default. See our Privacy page for details on rights and data handling.

6. Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

7. What do the plans cost?

Audit is a one-time engagement at $1,500. Monitor is $750 per month. Advanced is $3,000 per month. Prices are in USD, subject to change, and VAT may apply.

8. How do I cancel?

Write to billing@churndetective.app and we will handle it; subscriptions can be cancelled so they do not renew.

9. How do refunds work?

Refund requests are handled case by case by a human — email billing@churndetective.app with your invoice number. See the Refund page.

10. Does ChurnDetective use AI?

Yes. The chat assistant and the analysis features are AI-assisted. Every chat carries an AI notice and a human can follow up by email. AI output can be imperfect.

11. How do I get support?

Use the chat button (available without signing in) or email support@churndetective.app. Product issues are logged and escalated with full context when needed.

12. Is this legal, tax or audit advice?

No. ChurnDetective provides data analysis and recommendations only — not professional legal, tax, accounting or audit advice.
