The terms that apply when you use ChurnDetective. Last updated: 19 September 2026.
ChurnDetective is a software service operated by UGS LTD ("we", "us"). It analyses the customer data you upload and returns churn risk analysis, segments, recommendations and reports. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time.
You need an account to upload data. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be authorised to upload the data you submit.
For uploaded customer data you are the controller and we are the processor, acting on your instructions; see the DPA page and the Privacy Policy. Datasets have a 90-day retention period by default.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes; VAT may apply to EU customers and the amount is shown at checkout. Audit is a one-time engagement; Monitor and Advanced are recurring monthly subscriptions. Prices are subject to change; the price you confirm at checkout applies to that purchase.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can request cancellation by writing to billing@churndetective.app; see the Refund policy for how refund requests are handled.
Parts of the service, including the chat assistant and analysis features, are AI-assisted. You are informed when interacting with an AI assistant. AI output can be imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for important decisions.
ChurnDetective provides data analysis and recommendations only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or audit advice, and nothing in the service constitutes such advice.
We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms are reflected by the date at the top of this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to UGS LTD. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
