1. We do not use third-party tracking cookies
ChurnDetective does not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or tracking pixels. We measure product usage with our own first-party event store, which contains no IP addresses.
2. What is stored in your browser
Necessary: a sign-in token and your email, stored in your browser localStorage so you stay signed in.
First-party analytics: a random session identifier in sessionStorage and your first-visit campaign parameters in localStorage, used only to count product events such as page views and button clicks.
3. What we do not store
No IP addresses in our event data.
No device fingerprinting.
No third-party advertising identifiers.
4. Managing what is stored
You can clear localStorage and sessionStorage at any time in your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and reset the session identifier. Because we do not use third-party cookies, there is no third-party consent list to manage.
